1. Manager of Manufacturing

Reporting directly to the COO, the Manager of Manufacturing is responsible for the day to day operations of Quester Tangent’s low volume industrial quality electronics manufacturing including procurement, shipping and receiving, inventory, production, and product warranty support.

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Engineering degree from a recognised university or senior Technologist from a recognised college diploma program.
• A minimum of five years manufacturing management experience with particular emphasis on total cost and production line planning, implementation and management.
• Significant experience using BoMs and MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of corporate financial management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills.
• Experience in an ISO 9001-2000 or equivalent Quality System environment.

2. Software Developer

A suitable combination of skill set listed below is acceptable. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

We expect the position will entail:

• Development using C and C++
• Managing a build environment
• Writing embedded software.
• Selection of tools and construction of interactive 3-D visualisation and impressive graphical interfaces

We require someone who:

• Has graduated from a recognised university degree program within the past 5 years.
• Is able to write good, clean software
• Can come up with innovative solutions
• Highly motivated and prepared to work like a coding machine
• Has good written and spoken communication skills and works comfortably in a team environment.

We are particularly interested in any candidate with experience in a gaming development environment.
